BillzFlow — Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of BillzFlow, operated by Field Lab Solutions LLC, a Texas-based company. By creating an account or using BillzFlow in any way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Like our Privacy Policy, we've written this in plain English.

⚠️ Beta Software Notice: BillzFlow is currently in early beta. This means the app is still actively being developed. Features may change, bugs may exist, and service interruptions may occur. Use of BillzFlow during the beta period is at your own discretion.

1. Who We Are

BillzFlow is owned and operated by Field Lab Solutions LLC, a limited liability company based in Texas, United States. References to "we," "us," or "our" in these terms refer to Field Lab Solutions LLC. References to "you" or "your" refer to the person using BillzFlow.

2. Eligibility

To use BillzFlow you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be a human — automated account creation is not permitted
Have received a valid invite code from Field Lab Solutions LLC
Provide accurate information when creating your account
Agree to these Terms of Service in full

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at Contact@BillzFlow.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BillzFlow only for its intended purpose — personal financial tracking. You agree not to:

Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to access another user's account or data
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its servers
Upload or transmit malicious code of any kind
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the app
Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
Use the app in any way that could harm Field Lab Solutions LLC or other users

5. Your Data

All financial information you enter into BillzFlow — including bills, debts, and payment history — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. BillzFlow displays and calculates based on what you provide. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information shown in the app.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing Contact@BillzFlow.com.

6. Not Financial Advice

Important: BillzFlow is a tool for personal organization — it is not a financial advisor, credit counselor, or professional financial service. The debt snowball calculations, payoff timelines, and other estimates shown in the app are for informational and motivational purposes only. They are based solely on the data you enter and do not account for all real-world financial variables. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions.

7. Beta Service Disclaimer

BillzFlow is currently provided as a beta service. This means:

Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice
The app may experience downtime, bugs, or data errors
We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or data integrity
The app is provided free of charge during the beta period
Pricing and access terms may change when the app leaves beta

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Field Lab Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BillzFlow, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or damages resulting from inaccurate calculations or service interruptions.

BillzFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Intellectual Property

BillzFlow — including its design, code, branding, and content — is the intellectual property of Field Lab Solutions LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from BillzFlow without our express written permission.

The Debt Snowball method referenced in BillzFlow is associated with Dave Ramsey and Ramsey Solutions. BillzFlow is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Dave Ramsey or Ramsey Solutions.

10. Amazon Affiliate Disclosure

Field Lab Solutions LLC is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. Any Amazon links on BillzFlow may result in a commission earned by Field Lab Solutions LLC at no additional cost to you.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BillzFlow at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at Contact@BillzFlow.com.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as BillzFlow grows. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of BillzFlow after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
